Our art study worksheets are a great way to get children looking at famous pieces of art. This one has a rhino theme and asks the children to look at The Rhinoceros by Albrecht Dürer. The history of this piece is particularly interesting. Dürer had never actually seen a rhino but he had heard a description of one so it is not an accurate depiction. However, it was very popular and many people in Europe believed that this was a true representation of a rhinoceros.
