We've presented these butterfly project ideas so that kids can choose their own activities and try to complete a row or a line like a bingo game - although the butterfly activities suggested are so much fun they might well want to complete the whole sheet. We've included hyperlinks to Activity Village where appropriate, but of course the links are only suggestions (and will only work from the pdf file itself, not a version that you have printed out!)

British Butterflies Bingo
This is a tricky butterflies bingo game because children will have to recognise photos of the butterflies to play! But fun... and it will help them learn the different butterflies too.

Butterfly Meadow Poster
Use this colourful poster to spark conversation. Talk about the colours, season, what the children are wearing, how many butterflies you can spot and how many of each type, and so on. Posters like this are great for building vocabulary and conversation skills with younger children.
