This collection of mini flags of Europe are the perfect size to be glued or taped around a cocktail stick for cupcakes or other food displays. They also make very cute mini-bunting. The "flap" of each flag has the name of the country to which is belongs, for easy identification.
Why not make a set of mini flashcards to help with learning the flags? Just cut the flags out and fold the flap to the back gluing it down if necessary.
