Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, How Many Words

The ocean is full of things that shouldn't be there, which are killing sea creatures, marine mammals and birds every day and eating away at our environment. This word search grid contains some of the most common ocean pollutants.

Can the kids carefully copy the recycling logo on the left onto the grid on the right? It might help to use the grid lines as a guide. They can colour the logo in once they've finished too!

This combined puzzle and drawing activity asks children to use their observational skills to complete the recycling bin! Once they've finished, they can colour in the picture and maybe talk about how recycling is good for the environment.
