Create some pretty, textural snowflakes with our puffy paint recipe, made from kitchen ingredients. Watching the paint puff up in the microwave is always exciting!
You will need:
Black or dark blue card
Flour
Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
Salt
Instructions:
Mix together a cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda and a teaspoon of salt.
Mix in enough water to get a smooth paste.
Use a cotton bud to draw snowflakes onto your black or dark blue card.
Microwave for 15 seconds to see the paint puff up!
