The Nepalese Flag
The Nepalese Flag is the only flag in the world that isn't a quadrilateral shape. The unusual design is meant to represent the Himalayas, and the flag also features a sun and crescent moon. The original flag had a similar design but featured faces on the sun and moon. These faces were removed to give the flag a more modern look and the current flag was adopted in 1962.
