Here's another idea for our letter templates. Trace the upper case letter L onto two felt pieces and cut the letters out. Then ask older children to stitch the two pieces together around the edges (using a needle that's not too sharp!) - they could maybe fill the two felt pieces with stuffing before finishing sewing to make a padded letter? There are lots of other crafts and simple activities you can use these templates for too.
Here's a fun letter 'l' template which can be used for lots of craft ideas. L is for leaves, so maybe the kids can collect some leaves to stick onto the template for an autumn project?
Use this quirky lower case "Y" for crafts, for learning, for colouring ... so many uses!
