Just print, cut out carefully and punch holes around the edges. With his spiny back this one is better for slightly older children, I think.

I think this dinosaur might be based on a tyrannosaurus rex, but without the scariness! You might have to snip off his arm when you cut him out - if you do so you'll have a good lacing project for youngsters that is sure to be popular.
