As we build up our Bible story collection for children, we build up this collection of Bible story sequencing cards too - both for the Old Testament and New Testament. Cut the page into 4 cards and ask the children to arrange into the correct order. Or, for older children, cut the images and text apart so that you have 8 cards, and ask them to match up the picture and text then arrange into the correct order. Of course you can colour in the pages too, or print onto coloured card.
Cut out the four cards and muddle them up, then ask children to read them to put the story of Cain and Abel into the correct order. You could also cut the pictures and story sections apart and ask children to match the picture and story together as well as putting them into the right order.
Cut out the 4 Garden of Eden story sequencing cards and ask your child to read them and put them in the right order. You could also separate the pictures and text parts of the card, and ask them to match the pictures and text first, then put them in order.
Print and cut out our 4 little cards which tell the story of Jacob's ladder. Use them as a sequencing activity as they are, or cut in half again so that kids have to match up the words and pictures and then put them in the correct order.
Print out these four sequencing cards and muddle them u, then ask the children to put them in the right order after reading the story of Jesus healing a crippled woman. You could also cut apart the story section and pictures and ask the children to match those first for an extra activity.
Cut out the 4 sequencing cards and use them to learn the story of Luke Chapter 2, verses 40-52, when Jesus stayed behind in the Temple in Jerusalem and his parents didn't realise until they were on their way home!
These 4 sequencing cards are a fun way to help the children learn the story of Luke Chapter 10, verses 38 to 42, when Jesus visited two sisters Martha and Mary. Print onto paper or card and cut out each of the 4 cards - the children can colour in the pictures too if they like.
Print and cut out our 4 handy cards which tell the story of the Ten Lepers and ask the children to colour in the pictures. Use them as a sequencing activity, or cut in half again so that kids have to match up the words and pictures and then put them in the correct order.
Cut out the four cards on this printable sheet then mix them up and ask the children to read them and put the story of The Burning Bush into the right order.
These four printable cards telling the story of The Good Samaritan can be used in two ways.
