Here's a set of large flash cards for the 4 times table. They print 4 to a page, with the sums first and then some colourful numbers for the answers. Print double-sided or use them to match up.
Use these colourful flash cards to help learn the 4 times table. There is no easy way to learn them, but practise makes perfect! You could print them double sided or stick the two sheets together so you have the sum on one side and the answer on the back. Or you could lay out the answers and have your child find the right one each time.
