These little toadstools - which the kids can make using craft cupboard supplies - look so realistic that you may mistake them for the real thing! Remind your child that the real toadstools must be avoided, though - they are very poisonous!
You will need:
White and red paint
PVA glue
Styrofoam ball
Cork
3d white paint
Instructions:
- Carefully cut the Styrofoam ball in half.
- Glue each half of the ball to the top of a cork to make your toadstool.
- Paint the cap red and the stem white and leave to dry. If you mix PVA glue into the paint it will cover better, or use acrylic paint.
- When the paint is dry add white 3d dots on the cap.
