Sunflower Handprint Painting Height Chart

Children will be thrilled to use their own artwork to make a height chart to display on the wall...

You will need:

Construction paper
Poster paint in green, brown and yellow
Black pen
Ruler

Tape together two pieces of paper. At the top, keeping fingers together, print a circle of yellow handprints with fingers forming the centre of the circle. When dry use brown fingerprints to make the sunflower seeds in the centre of the circle. Use the side of the hand to print a green line downwards for the sunflower stem. At the bottom add two green handprints for leaves. On the side of the paper mark the height in 10cm intervals starting from 80cm at the bottom of the flower..
