Here's a quick way of producing a beautiful field of thumbprint poppies - so simple even a toddler can do it! A lovely summer or Remembrance Day craft.
You will need:
3 plates, cups, round items of different sizes to draw around
Black card
Red tissue paper
Glue
Instructions:
Draw around your largest plate on the black card. Place a slightly smaller plate inside the first and draw around it. Cut out so you have a ring of black card.
Repeat to make a second ring.
Paste some glue around the the edges of the rings and stick them to a sheet of tissue paper. Trim around the edges of the card circles.
Glue one circle slightly overlapping the other.
Cut a smaller circle of black card and glue to the centre.
Tack to a window.
