Special Occasion Yoghurt With Fruit
Here is a healthy breakfast which makes children feel really
special! If you use frozen fruit it is almost like ice-cream.
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fruit of your choosing (you can use frozen fruit for an ice-cream effect
if you wish)
Honey to drizzle
Sliced almonds to sprinkle (optional)
2 almond biscotti
Instructions:
Put the fruit and the yogurt into your blender and whiz together until thick and
creamy.
Break the biscotti into small pieces and put into a bowl or
sundae dish. Spoon the yoghurt over the top, drizzle with honey and sprinkle
with almonds.
