Samurai Sword Craft

Cut and stick with silver and brown card to make this fantastic Samurai sword!

You will need:

Thick card
Silver card
Brown card
Brown craft foam
Glue stick

Draw and cut the shape of your sword from thick card. Use the photo below as a guide.

Using the thick card sword as a template, draw around the blade on to silver card. Turn over the card sword and draw around again. Cut out your blades and glue one to each side of the thick card sword.

Using the thick card sword as a template, draw around the handle on to brown card. Turn over the card sword and draw around again. Cut out your handles and glue one to each side of the thick card sword.

Cut out a rectangle of foam as long as the handle and twice as wide. Fold in half and cut out small triangles along the open edge. Glue to the handle.

Don't forget to make a Samurai helmet to match!
