Paper Plate Spider

Our cute Halloween spider!
This cheerful paper plate spider involves painting, cutting, folding and
sticking, so it is a great Halloween craft for younger kids. And they look great
out on display, too!
You will need:
A paper plate
Black paint
2 sheets of black paper
Scrap of white paper
Black pen
Glue
Instructions:
Paint the plate black and leave to dry.
Fold each sheet of paper in half lengthways and then in half again. Cut along
the folds so that you end up with 8 strips. Pleat the strips.
Glue or staple the strips of paper to the plate to form your spider's legs.
Cut two circles from white paper as eyes. Draw on the pupils and stick to the
spider.
