Mosaic Plant Pot Stand

Fun foam and an unwanted CD are transformed into a colorful plant pot stand - a fun and easy craft for kids!

This craft is great for using up those little bits of fun foam you have left over after other craft projects. Choose random colors or encourage older children to think carefully about the patterns they are making.

You will need:

Unwanted CD, CD-Rom or DVD
Craft foam (in lots of different colours)
PVA glue (white glue)

Cut the foam into squares. Cover the front of the disk (the side with any picture on) with glue. Glue on the squares, starting from the center and making sure that there are no gaps, until the disk is covered. Leave to dry. When completely dry, trim around the disk to leave a mosaic circle.
