This little ball of fluff is actually a monster in disguise! It's a great monster craft idea for children who are learning to sew... the sewing bit doesn't take long and of course you can decorate your monster in all sorts of ways to give him or her real character!
You will need:
Fake fur fabric
Buttons
Paper
Pins
Needle and thread
Toy stuffing
Instructions:
On the paper draw a shape for your monster and cut out.
Take two piece of fake fur and put them furry side together. Pin the paper pattern to the fur and cut out.
Sew buttons to one of the pieces of fur to make a face.
Lay the two fur pieces back to back and stitch around the edge with running stitch.
Leave a gap at the end.
Stuff the monster with toy stuffing and sew the gap closed.
