If I was going to meet a dragon, this is the dragon I would like to meet! He's such a cheerful fellow, and even though he is blowing fire he doesn't look too threatening, does he? You'll need a little patience to follow this dragon fuse bead pattern, but I think you'll agree that it is a project worth attempting.
You will need to count carefully to reproduce this knight’s helmet fuse bead design, complete with nose guard and cross decoration. We’ve drawn the design using grey, brown and black, but silver and gold would look even better!
Every knight should have a shield - and why not one with a brave St George's Cross on the front! We used a large square board to make our shield, and grey, white and red beads.
This wooden spoon dragon is incredibly effective and much simpler to make than it looks! It will keep older kids busy for a while and give them a craft to be proud of, too. To make a Welsh Dragon simply use red paint.
