Diya Mobile
This simple diya mobile will look pretty hung in the entrance or window during
the Diwali Festival of Lights. Use bright colours and different textures so that
your mobile really catches the light!
You will need: Yellow textured paper
Textured paper in a bright color
Gold cord
Gold glitter glue Instructions:
Cut out a flame from yellow paper and a diya shape from your other
paper. Make a hole at the bottom of the flame and
another in the middle of the diya. Tie them together with the gold cord.
Make a hole at the top of the flame and tie on some gold cord
to hang. With glitter glue or a gold pen, write
‘happy’ on the flame and ‘diwali’ on the diya. Hang to catch the breeze and
