Chinese New Year Lantern Craft

Make these fun Chinese lanterns to decorate your house ready for Chinese New Year (don't forget to encourage your children to help you spring clean first!)

Print the lantern sheet out - preferable onto card stock. Cut out, fold, and glue. Your children can decorate the lanterns further if they wish by adding glitter, tassels, gold felt tip etc.

If you would like to hang the lanterns, punch a hole in each of the top edges and thread through some embroidery thread or yarn.

Please don't use these lanterns with candles! They are for decoration only.
