As part of our Russia topic we thought we would take a look at some traditional stories from Russia, including this delightful traditional fairy tale, The Fire Bird. You can print the story out to read to the children (or give it to older kids to read themselves) and our printable comes complete with lovely illustrations, in colour or black and white. We also have colouring pages from the fairy tale, story paper so that the children can write their own version using the pictures as prompts, and a drawing frame to enjoy.
